Design Highlights

This renovation transformed the upper bowl by maximizing the existing structure while delivering a modern spectator experience.
Utilizing advanced LiDAR laser scanning, the design team precisely captured existing conditions to engineer new framing that seamlessly
integrated with the original decking. Custom-fit aluminum decking was fabricated to match the exact limits of the existing building
structure, allowing the renovation to preserve the facility’s footprint while enhancing long-term performance.

Upper bowl overbuilds utilized Dant Clayton’s Long Span and Mid Span Aluminum Riser Systems to deliver a lightweight,
durable seating solution while minimizing structural modifications. Reconfigured seating layouts with wider row spacing
accommodated fixed flip-up chairs, enhancing spectator comfort and the overall fan experience.

To complete the transformation, existing steel guardrails were replaced with premium architectural glass
railing systems. The transparent design significantly improved spectator sightlines while introducing a clean,
contemporary aesthetic that modernized the venue.
